Tips for formatting your APO / FPO shipping address: 

Name = Full name of addressee

Address line 1 = Unit & box #

City = APO / FPO / DPO

State = Armed Forces (type this in the state drop down, then choose from AE/AP/AA)

Zip code = designated zip code
