You can now cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, if you need to make any updates. Click "View Your Order" in your confirmation email. If you see a red cancel button you can click to confirm cancelation! If you don't see the button or get an error message after confirming, your order may have already been sent to the floor to be packed up.
If that's the case, please chat with us at the in the bottom right below or call us at 718-599-0838 ASAP so we can try to catch it for you! Chat/phones are live 10am - 6pm ET.
If it is outside chat/phone hours, hit reply to your order confirmation email or email [email protected] and add "CANCEL" to the subject, and we'll get to it first thing when we're back! 👍
