Can I return my order?Updated 2 years ago

You can return an order when the outer packaging is unopened right away by simply writing "return to sender" on the shipping label and putting the package back in your mailbox/handing it to your postal worker. Please do so within 30 days of purchase. That way the post office will bring it back to us and we can refund you the cost of the sauce!  

If the outer packaging has already been removed but the sauce is unopened, please pack the sauce up as best you can (we like to use recycle newspaper as stuffing) and ask your local post office for help with a flat-rate package going to:

We do our best to describe each sauce on its product page and list all the ingredients and heat levels so you know exactly what to expect. That said, we want you to be happy with the sauce you receive! If you try a sauce and it’s different than what you expected or there’s something that stands out you don’t like, shoot us an email at [email protected] with the specifics and one of our sommeliers will suggest a sauce you might like better.
