Help! My rewards code isn't working!

If you have redeemed for a reward and the code isn't working at check out, please double check the characters in the code and the dollar amount of your order:

Subscription codes

If you redeemed points for a discount on an existing subscription, the code will say "SUB" at the front of it. That type of code can only be used on your subscription management page.
If you accidentally redeemed for a code with SUB in it but you meant to get a discount on a new order, please email us at [email protected] and we'll get you fixed up!

Free ship codes

Free shipping codes currently only working with US orders. We're working on adding perks for international HEATONISTs as well. Thanks for understanding!
Rewards codes may not be stacked currently. If you are a Sauce-a-holics level member and your order qualifies for your free shipping perk, it should get automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping costs do not count towards dollar spend for rewards. So if you have free shipping on orders over $50, make sure the sauce total is over $50 before shipping. The more spice the better we always say! :)

Referral codes

Codes with "REF" in them are referral codes and may only be used on your first order and only for orders over $40 before shipping.
