Help, my sauce is broken/there is an issue with my order!

We recently updated our custom HEATONIST packaging to help prevent breakage, but shipping glass bottles means you're bound to end up with a broken every once in a while. Don’t worry, we will get you a replacement!

If you receive a broken bottle or have any other issue with your order, please hit reply to your order confirmation email with a photo of the sauce in its packaging. If you're able to very carefully check any bottles that seem to have survived, the labels are waterproof so they should be good to go with a quick rinse! That way hopefully there's a sauce you can enjoy in the meantime while we get you fixed up. :)
